I came in looking for a specific flooring that needed to be installed within a short timeframe. Bruce was incredibly nice and admitted that while the flooring could be ordered, there was no way they'd be able to install within my timeframe. He then referred me to another company he thought might be able to help. The honesty was refreshing and very much appreciated.
