I have NO IDEA where to start with my complaints. For starters no one seems to know how to do their job. At all. From something simple as paying a bill to just adding a phone for an upgrade. I will start with the most recent issue. So a few weeks ago t mobile had a promotion that stated 2 free lines added to your account. Free. I joined the promotion and added a phone line and a tablet. With adding that phone line I gave it to my sister in which I also added her as an authorized user. This means she can now go in the store and do things with the account because she is on it at this point. I made her a user and I also picked out her phone. From my understanding and what the reps told me, all she had to do was walk in and pick her phone up. Simple. Well after 7 different trips she wasn't allowed to get her phone because she wasn't an "authorized user" even though her name was on my account makes no sense. So a week later she was finally able to get her phone. Now here is when more trouble arrives. She gets her phone takes it to the store to activate her sims card and they try and charge her even though I paid the activation fee when i initially added the lines. After 30 minutes of explaining my payment with specific dates and times they finally were able to "waive" a fee that was already paid. So what we thought was finally the end of this issue turned out to be more BS. They activated her cell phone under the tablet Line. Even with the number reading mobile hotspot and not a cell line. So now I have to call Customer service because they have no idea what to do at this point. It seems like t mobile hires people with no desire to learn the job. It has been issue after issue after issue with t mobile. If you can afford it please play the extra cash for other carriers, it's worth the security of knowing you won't have any issues. This is just ONE of my many problems !
