  Never in my life have I been treated the way that I was treated in this franchise: I was going through the different electronics stores (in the mall), checking out the different devices, trying to discern which device I want to purchase when I upgrade my phone. We have been AT&T customers for almost 10 years. I was talking on the phone and could not talk to the reps; every time I was approached I would have to stop my conversation and say “no thank you, I’m just looking“. After interacting with the different devices, an employee approach me and asked “what are you doing“ Just looking “ it doesn’t look like you’re doing nothing“ Umm excuse me? “It doesn’t look like you’re doing nothing” So you’re telling me that I cannot interact with any of these devices? Then why’re they here? “ personally I don’t care but I’m getting in trouble because my manager doesn’t understand why you are here“ So you’re saying that I have to buy something before I can even look at it? “ if you’re not buying anything then there should be no reason why you are here” I didn’t even want to entertain the point he was trying to make by explaining why I was there: to upgrade my device
