I spent a few hours on the phone w/ tech support to no avail. Then I made an appointment at this ATT store, came in the next day, 30 minutes later... my phone works. Cameron was knowledgable, helpful, courteous. Kirk as well.

Excellent service from a knowledgeable sales rep. Tae was awesome. Highly recommend going to see him. He's honest and genuinely cares about helping his customers. I'm definitely recommending all my friends and family to go work with him!!

Information about the price of adding another phone, deceptive. Not 20.00 34.00..20.00 only for 2nd data plan. Shared plan unlimited minutes 85.00. Must change plans.This is never explained. Deceptive !
