The first day my app was in for a 60 in smart vizio tv the MANAGER couldn't find my app. It was sitting on penny's desk the hole time and I don't even think he looked. I told him if it was gonna be like this I'd come back and get my money. His reply come get it. I stuck it out cause I needed a tv for a week for my kids. I got the ok to come get the tv and guess what NO REMOTE. Here it is 2 weeks later and I never got to use the tv except with my comp and hdmi cable. This is all after I paid of a 1200 dollar bed! I will never get anything else and we did want another bed from them but not now!
