  My fience' and I went into the store in need of a queen size box sping. We were doing shopping around and I believe as a consumer you have the right to do so. We walked in and the guy who appeared to be running the store was on the phone. So we walked around browsing what was on the sales floor. He motioned us over to a mattress set as he set a "sale" sign on it. well.. ok. He asked hwo he could help while still on the phone talking with a customer, I stated what we were looking for and then of course with him already trying to assist a customer on the phone he started talking to them. No big deal we patiently waited for him to finish as he kept motioning us to view mattresses that were on "sale". After he got off of the phone and took our request he showed us a poorly manufactured box spring for $50. I explained I wanted something a more substantial that would last and not fall apart or squeak. He then took us downstairs to a garage area and showed us a box spring that was more substantial and explained he would gives us a "deal" on it because it had tears. We looked at it and told him we would like to continue shopping around and we would return. He flipped like a switch and told us if we were going to be shopping around to not bother coming back and that he did not want to sale to us any longer and requested we leave his store immediately. We no worries, we will never go back there again. Very rude and not very good prices either. Especially for a product that was torn in several places.
