- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★June 24, 2020, by Jennifer WardI am SO excited we have Lidl in Winston now. AND we have 2!!! Great prices and an amazing selection. This is the only grocery store I go to now. Bring your own bags, but you can buy some there. You do not need a quarter to use the carts. The "Lidl Surprises" section changes every week and has deals I can't believe. Leading up to Christmas I bought all my kids gifts there and saved SO much!
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆December 24, 2019, by Stewart LocklearThis is a good but not great grocery store. It really has the same look as the IKEA warehouse and Lego Stores. The prices are extremely competitive. After several months Lidl has turned into Food Lion. There are few registers open and the place seems sort of dead. Food quality varies from delicious (pork loin) to awful (jalapeño turkey burger). Wine selection is great. Chocolates are not good. You have to be really adventurous to try this place on a regular basis. Please Note the app for coupons has a lot of bugs. So check your receipt!
