  This establishment needs some help! Me and wife went in to look at buying some shoes and were immediatley ignored, we are a white couple and we're in the store for 10 min and we were never checked on however, every black person that came in after us was greeted with a hello and asked if they needed assistance, so out of frustration and the feeling of disrespect we left. Two days later we looked for the same shoes at many other stores but they were all sold out or didn't have her size. We said we will give them "lady footlocker" another chance so we went in on a slow Tuesday. While one lady was helpful in getting us the shoes we were looking for another bigger lady was very rude and lazy and looked mad that we made her grab us another size, that when the skinny girl stepped in and got it for us. While checking out with our shoes "that we just spent 100 dollars on btw" the bigger lady said we have a lot of quarters we need to get rid of and tried to give me 5 dollars in quarters. So I said no I'm sorry I dont want 5 dollars in quarters to lug around in my pocket all day while we shop, and the rude woman said well that's all we got. "Sorry that hard to believe that a store did not have 5 ones or a five dollar bill to give me back, either they were lazy and racist, or dumb for not going to the bank for change like normal businesses are run, or they are dumb, racist and lazy. I'm going with the later....will never be back to do buisness with this racist, unappreciated customer service I sure hope footlocker gets better employees.
