  I never write reviews, and this store has compelled me to. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had in retail. I worked in the retail industry for years, and my parents have been in the retail industry for over 30 years as well. This store is unmatched in the lack of knowledge on their own products and services. If I were corporate, I would look into this store and find solutions to the lack of customer service. Our entire wedding party had issues with not only the tux sizing, but the quality as well. After voicing concerns, the sales associate helping us said "it's probably fine" and "I guess it looks okay to me". Had to alter at another rental store since the tailor was gone as well. This was also a logistics nightmare. Many of our tuxes were sent to the wrong places, and again the salespeople were so unable to deal with issues that it was frustrating, to say the least. One of our tuxes didn't even show up here at the fault of a Jos. A Bank Sales associate in another city and the manager DID comp. the tux, so that was at least good. I won't be coming back to this location, or using Jos. A Bank for any business going forward.
