  Really don't know how to rate Dick's. The place is huge, with a second floor balcony like stores had 60 years ago. Came in for quick check for hiking boots. It was between 5:00 and 6:00 in the afternoon. There was no one there to help me, to answer questions, of which I have a number -- I've probably owned 3 pairs of boots in my 76 years. Found and tried on a pair, still no staff, so, I left, with no boots and questions unanswered. Guess I'll go back at a different time of day.. Best not judge the store on the basis of this review. I found it at once attractive and overwhelming.
