  Looking for a power charger for my cell in Greensboro, NC. They didn't have it there but without asking that checked stores around and they call the store in Winston Salem to make sure they had it in stock and reserved it for me. When I got to Winston the clerk was busy but acknowledge me and said he would be asap. Very good service.

  I purchased batteries from this location in December. Two batteries were over $20. The batteries didn't last for three weeks. I went to return them or exchange and was told "nothing we can do, they worked when you put them in the device". These batteries are generally 3-5 years of battery life. I had intended to purchase a power sport battery and landscape bulbs today as well but due to their lack of concern that they sold me inadequate inventory I left and went elsewhere. I actually paid more for the power sport battery elsewhere but at least I spent my hard earned money where they showed appreciation for my business and good customer service. I will not be shopping at Batteriea Plus in Winston Salem again.
