After several e-mails and live chats, the company refuses to refund me a mere $60 for jeans that they failed to deliver. I was offered a 20% off coupon my next purchase which are readily available through a generic web search. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? AE, you don't have $60 laying around that you could fork over for failing to deliver to one of your longest tenured customers? Absolutely disgusting people and customer service.

The manager comes up to the couple behind me who just walked up and tells them they can go to another register after I'd already been standing there waiting for 15 minutes. Will never shop in this location again.
